What you will do

• Design and ship automated GTM workflows for outbound, inbound, routing, and enrichment.
• Architect data pipelines for lead segmentation, scoring, and movement from signal to revenue.
• Launch and iterate programmatic ABM campaigns using intent, behavior, and product usage signals.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks.
• Run rapid weekly experiments on ICPs, messaging, and channels.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable technical systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in technical growth, RevOps, or data-adjacent roles.
• Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and SQL.
• Experience with automation tools such as Clay, Zapier, or Make.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong systems thinking and a builder mindset focused on scalability.
• Must be based in one of the specified company hubs

Nice to have

• Light scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
