What you will do

• Analyze site and project operational KPIs to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct deep dives into project performance and create specialized reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance standardized site operational KPIs and improve business processes in collaboration with PM Excellence.
• Support the rollout of new reporting tools, specifically the transition from Upvise to Osapiens.
• Collaborate with global and regional functions to align KPIs, reporting, and new initiatives.
• Assist regional site operations with contractor assessments using lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in Site Operations, particularly with WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) installation.
• Strong knowledge of Upvise or equivalent site reporting tools.
• Experience with BI reporting, SAP, and advanced Microsoft tools.
• Project management experience, including planning and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel when required.
