Location: London, United Kingdom; in-person role with office attendance Monday through Thursday

What you will do
- Lead and oversee multiple product areas from early exploration through launch.
- Make strategic design decisions and help shape the product direction.
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences that simplify complex workflows.
- Define interaction patterns and evolve the visual language across typography, colour, layout, iconography, and aesthetics.
- Work closely with Engineering to translate complex technical architectures into intuitive user interactions.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and maintain a high bar for quality while moving at startup pace.
Requirements
- Strong individual contributor with leadership skills and sound product and design judgement.
- Experience leading significant product areas and making strategic decisions about product evolution.
- Excellent interaction design skills, including defining behaviours, flows, and patterns.
- Exceptional visual design craft across typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, iconography, and aesthetics.
- Strong product thinking, customer focus, and ability to connect business objectives with design decisions.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and navigating technical complexity to create simple solutions.
