What you will do

• Take responsibility for select legal matters in litigation, contracts, international business, employment, privacy, and compliance.
• Work with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams to deliver legal support.
• Assist with corporate development initiatives to drive company growth.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as an attorney.
• Detail-oriented with strong experience in commercial contract review.
• Ability to balance taking initiative with managing own workload.
• Experience learning and growing in a multinational team environment.
• Prior in-house experience preferred.
