What you will do

• Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts, IP, employment, litigation, and business activities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and governance in all operating jurisdictions, monitoring legislative changes.
• Develop strategies to protect IP rights including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external counsel.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and alignment of legal strategy with company goals including new entity openings.

Requirements

• English C1+ (preferably bilingual with fluent Russian)
• 5+ years in CLO/VP Legal role in international companies
• In-depth knowledge of business law, contract law, employment law, IP law
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, litigation management, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, data analytics tools
