TL;DR

Location: Remote (US). Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, or WA

Salary: $135k - $150k annually

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Design and execute people programs to strengthen culture and employee experience across the entire employee life cycle.
  • Own total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, and 401(k) oversight.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting strategy and provide direction to external recruiting consultants.
  • Ensure payroll, health benefits, and multi-state compliance across all applicable US jurisdictions.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize HR workflows and improve program efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, or e-commerce companies of 50–150 employees.
  • Deep expertise in US federal and state employment laws and multi-state compliance.
  • Proven success building culture and engagement within a fully remote workforce.
  • Must reside in one of the specified US states.
