Location: Remote (US). Not eligible for hire in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, or the surrounding Bay Area.
Salary: $171,120 – $251,600 (depending on location)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to the SVP of Global Sales and the leadership team to drive organizational performance.
- Develop and execute workforce planning and organizational design strategies to support scaling the business to $10B.
- Utilize AI tools and data analytics to synthesize market trends, anticipate talent needs, and build data-informed narratives.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies for critical roles across NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APJ.
- Drive change management and organizational effectiveness during significant business transformations.
- Provide confidential one-on-one coaching to senior leaders to enhance strategic thinking and performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of HRBP experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth organizations (SaaS/CPaaS preferred).
- Sophisticated understanding of sales motions across both small-business and enterprise scales.
- Proven experience supporting global revenue organizations and familiarity with sales performance levers.
- Practical experience using AI tools to inform strategy, forecast capability gaps, or synthesize insights.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design.
