What you will do
- Act as trusted advisor to executives, anticipating needs and connecting people strategy to business outcomes.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, and coaching to build high-performing inclusive teams.
- Design scalable org structures using analytics to optimize spans, layers, and team alignment.
- Provide leadership coaching, feedback, and reinforce cultural principles.
- Leverage people data for trend analysis, root cause diagnosis, and measurable improvements.
- Manage cross-functional people initiatives from scoping to execution.
- Steward culture, ensure fairness, inclusion, and boost engagement.
Requirements
- 12+ years progressive HR or HR-adjacent experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments.
- Strategic operator skilled in anticipating needs, shaping strategies, and influencing via credibility.
- Data-driven with qualitative/quantitative insights for decisions and impact measurement.
- Expert coach/advisor balancing candor, empathy, and influence across levels.
- Deep expertise in org design, performance management, leadership development.
- Thrive in fast-paced settings with agility, judgment, ownership.
