What you will do

• Support daily HR systems operations ensuring smooth user experience and data accuracy
• Act as first point of contact for basic system questions from People Team and end users
• Assist with configurations, testing, and small improvements based on business needs
• Collaborate on HR initiatives and document processes, user guides, and changes
• Participate in optimisation projects for efficiency and employee experience

Requirements

• Currently studying in HR, IT, Business or similar field
• Interest in HR systems and digital tools supporting People processes
• Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
• Good communication skills and confidence with different teams
• Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn and improve
• Comfortable working in English (additional languages a plus)
