What you will do
- Support daily HR systems operations ensuring smooth user experience and data accuracy
- Act as first point of contact for basic system questions from People Team and end users
- Assist with configurations, testing, and small improvements based on business needs
- Collaborate on HR initiatives and document processes, user guides, and changes
- Participate in optimisation projects for efficiency and employee experience
Requirements
- Currently studying in HR, IT, Business or similar field
- Interest in HR systems and digital tools supporting People processes
- Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
- Good communication skills and confidence with different teams
- Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn and improve
- Comfortable working in English (additional languages a plus)
