What you will do
- Drive overall sales strategy for a specific territory and product suite to grow new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Perform high-level, vision-setting product demonstrations for senior government leaders.
- Collaborate with Mid Market Team Leaders to close complex multi-suite ERP opportunities.
- Utilize MEDDIC methodology for sales process management and participate in QBRs.
- Partner with marketing to execute demand-generation campaigns and refine event strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in consultative deals.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50%.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong written communication and fluency of expression.
