What you will do

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the HR Operational Excellence team, focusing on professional growth and resource planning.
• Lead strategic HR Shared services projects across the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automating and digitizing HR processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Develop innovative transformation concepts and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-location workshops and feasibility studies for process optimization.
• Manage HR process governance, ensuring clear documentation and consistent change management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management and process analysis/design, ideally within shared services or HR transformation.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of HR operations, including payroll administration.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset for managing complex challenges.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of global IT landscapes and standardization in scalable HR solutions.

• Proficiency in German.
