What you will do

• Manage daily bookkeeping and oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle to ensure timely settlement.
• Handle subcontractor agreements and ensure invoices are processed according to contract terms.
• Prepare financial reports for management, assist in cash flow forecasting, and contribute to annual budgets.
• Lead month-end closing procedures, including complex accruals and full account reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyze financial data specifically related to the company's mobile application.
• Support the financial setup and integration of additional European countries into the reporting structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a broad accounting role, ideally within an international environment.
• Proficiency in modern ERP systems (Netsuite/Medius is a plus) and Excel.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Lodz office (Hybrid).
