What you will do

• Independently prepare payroll accounting, including specific cases like mini-jobs, students, temporary workers, and interns.
• Maintain master and transaction data to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
• Manage time recording, certification, and the creation of statistics and evaluations.
• Clarify complex payroll tax and social security issues.
• Act as the primary contact person for assigned customers, health insurance companies, and social security agencies.
• Execute the year-end payroll process and resolve resulting queries.

Requirements

• Initial practical experience in payroll accounting and usage of accounting systems.
• Knowledge of wage tax and social security law (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Very good knowledge of German.
• Completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification.
• Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model.
