Accountant

What you will do

• Perform bookkeeping for foreign entities under the supervision of the Accounting Manager.
• Record and post accounting documents, verify them, issue sales invoices, and maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and other registers.
• Reconcile balances in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyses, and other reports.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (B2+ level in both spoken and written) and Polish (C1 level in speaking and writing).
• 2-3 years of experience in an accountant position (accounting office experience is an asset).
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Well organised and used to working to deadlines.
• Dedication, proactivity, and willingness to cooperate.
• Experience in a multinational company.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
