VentorTech is looking for a Finance Manager.

Needed:
Strong experience as a Financial Manager in an IT company
Proven experience in cash flow management and liquidity planning across multiple entities.
Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management reporting.
Hands-on experience preparing payroll for different contract types (UoP, B2B, incubators).
Practical experience in budgeting including data collection, consolidation and variance analysis.
Solid background in accounts receivable management including reminders, DSO tracking and escalations.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets including pivot tables, formulas and data consolidation.
Ability to perform financial analysis including GM/Net Margin, OPEX, COGS and util/bench/productivity KPIs.
Operational knowledge of PL/EE/US tax environments (day-to-day finance perspective).
Experience organizing, structuring and archiving financial documentation.
English at a working level for financial correspondence and communication.
Experience working with ERP systems and collaborating with technical teams on system improvements.

Optionally, but advantageous:
Hands-on experience with Odoo (v18 preferred).
