What you will do

• Independently prepare payroll accounting for various employee types, including mini-jobs, students, and temporary workers.
• Maintain master and transaction data within the accounting system.
• Manage time recording and certification processes.
• Create payroll statistics and evaluations.
• Clarify and resolve payroll tax and social security issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and social security agencies.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification.
• Initial practical experience in payroll accounting and the use of common accounting systems.
• Very good knowledge of German.
• Knowledge of wage tax and social security law (preferably).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Must be based in Poland for hybrid work.

• Written and spoken English proficiency.
