Salary: $106,800 - $264,700 USD

What you will do
- Create and drive revenue within the Southeast region, focusing on Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
- Leverage channel partners, including resellers, SIs, and ISVs, to build the pipeline and accelerate wins.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to final closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling in collaboration with a BDR.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using SFDC and Clari.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention during the implementation and support phases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales experience.
- Must reside in the greater Atlanta region.
- Proven track record of success as a sales hunter and closer of complex enterprise deals.
- Experience selling directly to C-level executives.
- Strong professional presence, business acumen, and existing relationships in the enterprise channel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in CX or Contact Center Software sales specifically within the 200-1,000 seat space.
- Experience selling to executive sponsors across both IT and Business functions.
- Deep knowledge of the assigned territory or specific accounts.
