What you will do

• Lead technical engagements with CISOs, SOC leaders, and security architects
• Own full POC lifecycle from setup to delivering business value
• Act as trusted technical advisor on hirify.global product fit into customer security strategies
• Drive onboarding and evaluations in real customer environments
• Collaborate with partners and consultancies to expand opportunities
• Translate customer insights to influence product and R&D direction

Requirements

• 2–5 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales in cybersecurity
• Proven experience leading POCs and technical evaluations with enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of offensive security, attack paths, exposure management, or security operations
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
• Self-driven, hands-on in fast-paced, early-stage environment

Nice to have

• Experience with BAS, attack simulation, exposure management, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or cloud security
• Working with cyber consultancies or channel partners
• Familiarity with AI-driven security products and explaining AI in business terms
