Location: Based in San Francisco. In-office 3-4 days/week.

Salary: $227K – $252K + equity

What you will do

• Influence and own strategy, planning, and execution of flagship startup events like DevDay, Founder Days, and builder programs.
• Drive end-to-end event execution including audience strategy, programming, content, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with operations to build scalable systems, processes, and tooling for global programs.
• Identify and activate ecosystem opportunities like conferences, VC partnerships, and builder communities.
• Define and track success metrics such as pipeline, adoption, and engagement to improve impact.
• Serve as key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in field marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing in B2B, preferably with startups and developers.
• Proven experience as senior individual contributor owning large-scale programs end-to-end.
• Data-driven decision-making with ROI, pipeline impact, and performance measurement.
• Highly operational, managing complex programs and multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for AI and startup ecosystem; experience using Codex is a strong plus.
