What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of 6-7 Account Executives within the Commercial Segment (500-3,000 employees).
- Develop sales fundamentals to evolve multi-product solution sales motions.
- Guide reps through customer-centric value selling to close deals effectively.
- Analyze customer trends to identify growth opportunities and remove process bottlenecks.
- Implement data-driven pipeline prioritization and forecasting methodologies.
- Manage hiring, training, and career growth for the sales team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of SaaS leadership experience in the Mid-Market space.
- Proven track record of leading teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Experience selling to technical audiences, including Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
