What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 6-7 Account Executives within the Commercial Segment (500-3,000 employees).
  • Develop sales fundamentals to evolve multi-product solution sales motions.
  • Guide reps through customer-centric value selling to close deals effectively.
  • Analyze customer trends to identify growth opportunities and remove process bottlenecks.
  • Implement data-driven pipeline prioritization and forecasting methodologies.
  • Manage hiring, training, and career growth for the sales team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of SaaS leadership experience in the Mid-Market space.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Experience selling to technical audiences, including Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
