What you will do
- Close new accounts and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from self-outbound prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations and closing.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with +/- 15% accuracy.
- Maintain a highly organized pipeline of leads, proposals, and follow-ups using Salesforce and Outreach.
- Develop deep industry expertise to provide thought leadership within the asset management domain.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role with documented success.
- Proven ability to prospect and independently contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Experience conducting discovery calls and high-level product demonstrations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
- Background working in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Proficiency with sales tech stacks like Salesloft or DiscoverOrg.
- Documented success working in a remote environment.
