TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada (Primary hubs in Montreal, Toronto, or Raleigh)

What you will do

  • Close new accounts and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from self-outbound prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations and closing.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Maintain a highly organized pipeline of leads, proposals, and follow-ups using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Develop deep industry expertise to provide thought leadership within the asset management domain.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role with documented success.
  • Proven ability to prospect and independently contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and high-level product demonstrations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Background working in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Proficiency with sales tech stacks like Salesloft or DiscoverOrg.
  • Documented success working in a remote environment.
