hirify.global (A1) is developing a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into everyday conversations, workflows, and real-world task execution.

What you will do

  • Drive China market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
  • Establish the company's presence in China, including office setup and operating structures.
  • Manage external positioning, PR, and strategic partnerships.
  • Act as a central operator to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure execution.

Requirements

  • Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), venture capital, or high-performance operating roles in startups.
  • Proven ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
  • High agency and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong judgment and ability to prioritize with incomplete information.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Must be based in China or be able to operate within the China market.
