What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, CTO, and COO to oversee day-to-day operations and execute high-leverage projects across the company.
• Lead hiring processes for operations, business, and legal functions while mentoring team members.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for new RL initiatives.
• Design scalable workflows and performance metrics to improve organizational productivity and scalability.
• Manage relationships with investors and partners, supporting fundraising preparation and communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or venture investor in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Strong track record of aligning teams to execute ambitious goals at scale.
• Experience with hiring, team development, and fostering high-performing cultures.
• Business acumen with specific experience in financial management and fundraising.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco.
