What you will do

• Lead the Studio team to ensure high-quality delivery of artwork, PowerPoint, and digital materials across all client work.
• Drive improvements to production workflows to increase efficiency, speed, and consistency while reducing manual effort.
• Integrate AI tools and Smartshore (offshore/hybrid) delivery models into existing studio pipelines.
• Act as the central link between Creative, Design, Motion, Technology, and Operations to align project delivery.
• Monitor production metrics and resource utilization in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
• Ensure all outputs adhere to strict client briefs, brand integrity, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience across core creative disciplines including Creative, Design, Motion, and Technology.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production and studio workflows.
• Commercial awareness, including knowledge of production costs and margin impact.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and automation implementation in creative production workflows.
