What you will do

• Implement the vision and strategy for the commercial development of audio sales teams.
• Create, deliver, and evaluate tailor-made commercial training via face-to-face, online, and blended learning.
• Develop the Strategic Development Plan in collaboration with commercial leaders.
• Design and co-deliver regular training workshops and support regional training efforts.
• Manage the onboarding and induction process for new commercial staff.
• Perform quality assurance on training programs through feedback analysis and observations.

Requirements

• Experience in the delivery and evaluation of commercial training.
• Professional background in commercial selling.
• Previous experience managing sales teams with a focus on individual and team development.
• Ability to write and deliver effective training sessions.
• Able to travel within the UK with overnight stays as required.
