TL;DR

Account Executive, AV: Support the AV team in day-to-day running of client campaigns, administering and buying TV and VOD spots with an accent on accurate setup, buying admin, and financial compliance. Focus on campaign activation, reconciliations, competitive analysis, and ensuring SOx compliance.

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom (hybrid, office 4 days a week). Must have the right to work in the UK

What you will do

• Accurately set up and activate campaigns.
• Prepare and send weekly TV spot times to clients.
• Follow best practice buying approach, manage admin, reconciliations, and spend accuracy.
• Support responses to planning briefs and competitive analysis reports.
• Contribute to client PCA reports and ensure financial procedures and SOx compliance.
• Handle ad hoc requests from manager.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent organisation, problem-solving, time management, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Demonstrable interest in clients’ businesses and markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and pro-active willingness to learn.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel preferable.
