TL;DR

Account Manager, Planning (Media): Act as gatekeeper of client briefs and lead coordination across Mindshare teams including Strategy, Buying, and Data & Insights with an accent on audience building, media connections planning, and campaign management. Focus on designing targeting approaches, measurement frameworks, and optimizing campaigns for scale and effectiveness.

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. UK based role requiring right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Build and target audiences in addressable and non-addressable media, validating reach at required scale.
  • Design approaches for connecting with audiences across media channels.
  • Support design of connections ecosystem and plans in collaboration with channel specialists.
  • Manage day-to-day campaigns as liaison between clients and channel teams.
  • Design measurement and testing frameworks to inform, measure, and optimise campaigns.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK required.
  • Experience in media planning and audience targeting.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations.
  • Potential to grow into the role with measurable competencies.
