TL;DR
Commercial Performance Manager - Cross-Sell (GRC): Owning group-wide cross-sell performance tracking and execution with an accent on pipeline visibility, stakeholder accountability, and revenue delivery. Focus on challenging priorities, escalating blockers, and embedding cross-sell into sales processes.
Location: Hybrid/remote, 2 days per week in London (Thames Valley, Guildford, Reading, Watford)
Salary: £70,000 per annum + variable bonus linked to cross-sell performance

What you will do
- Own the group-wide cross-sell performance tracker for visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leaders to prioritise, progress, and close cross-sell opportunities within sales processes.
- Track performance against targets, report results, risks, and blockers to senior leadership.
- Drive accountability across teams, challenge under-delivery, and remove execution barriers.
- Support design and rollout of cross-sell initiatives, propositions, and referral schemes.
- Manage operational delivery of cross-sell incentives and chair cross-BU forums to align stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, commercial enablement, revenue operations, or cross-sell programmes.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple initiatives, sales data, pipeline metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Credible stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Understanding of sales and marketing operations with focus on revenue outcomes.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot essential.
- Project or performance tracking tools experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, professional services, or PE-backed environments.
- Exposure to cross-sell or partner-led revenue models.
