Program Management Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead a program management team to deliver a portfolio of programs on time, on scope, and on profit.
• Direct comprehensive planning, resolve resource conflicts, and prioritize cross-functional inputs to meet commitments.
• Establish governance routines and reporting to monitor progress, risk exposure, and resource utilization.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and resolve complex conflicts with external partners and customers.
• Implement continuous improvement practices in delivery operations and align cross-functional topics with strategic goals.
• Execute HR cycle activities including hiring, performance management, succession planning, and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of product development and/or program management experience, preferably in automotive applications.
• Proven track record of launching multiple products through the full lifecycle as a Program Manager.
• Previous experience leading a team of Program Managers.
• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership, P&L understanding, and negotiation.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, both domestic and international.

Nice to have

• Master of Science (Technical) or MBA.
• PMP Certification.
• Automotive supplier or Tier1 Electronics background.
• Direct experience with the applicable customer.
