Salary: Up to $220k OTE

What you will do
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America.
- Manage the full renewal process to ensure high retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for customers internally.
- Collaborate with customers on digital strategies to align platform value with business goals.
- Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver strategic outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
- Must be based in North America.
- Ability to navigate technical conversations while maintaining a business-value focus.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or cloud-native platforms.
- Experience with AI-enabled systems or open source.
