TL;DR

Account Manager (AI): Managing and growing relationships with enterprise customers in North America with an accent on renewals and strategic account growth. Focus on aligning platform capabilities with long-term business goals and ensuring high customer retention.

Location: Hybrid (North America), must be based in the USA or Canada (indicated by 401k/Pension benefits)

Salary: Up to $220k OTE

What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America.
  • Manage the full renewal process to ensure high retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for customers internally.
  • Collaborate with customers on digital strategies to align platform value with business goals.
  • Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver strategic outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
  • Must be based in North America.
  • Ability to navigate technical conversations while maintaining a business-value focus.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or cloud-native platforms.
  • Experience with AI-enabled systems or open source.
