What you will do

  • Build and own the global agency partnership strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-value agency archetypes, from boutique specialists to global network partners like WPP and Deloitte.
  • Manage executive-level engagements with senior partners at target firms to align practice evolution with hirify.global's offerings.
  • Develop scalable co-sell and co-delivery motions, including joint GTM playbooks, certification paths, and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure partners drive real customer outcomes and ACV.
  • Represent the company at major industry events such as Cannes and Advertising Week.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting.
  • Significant experience within or alongside major consulting firms or systems integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture Song, Merkle).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise martech transformations, including staffing models and change management.
  • Technical credibility with the martech stack (CDPs, MAPs, analytics platforms, data infrastructure).
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong executive presence with a proven track record of managing relationships at the VP/C-suite level.

Nice to have

  • MBA from a strong program or equivalent experience in business cases and growth strategy.
