What you will do

• Manage the operational lifecycle of outbound licensing agreements for hirify.global intellectual property, APIs, and digital assets.
• Lead end-to-end copyright clearance for commercial and digital products, including the management of freelance consultants.
• Coordinate API licensing and technical partner onboarding in collaboration with Technology, Academic, and Data Protection teams.
• Monitor partner compliance regarding hirify.global IP, branding, and metadata to identify and resolve risks.
• Align partners with curriculum updates, assessment changes, and metadata revisions through timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, API usage, and royalties to support reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Publishing, Education Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in licensing, copyright clearance, digital content operations, or EdTech partnerships.
• Strong understanding of global copyright and IP licensing principles.
• Familiarity with APIs, metadata, and digital interoperability concepts.
• Proficiency in contract management systems, rights databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work from The Hague (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
