Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (SAP BI/FinTech): Driving technical innovation in financial reporting based on BI and delivering major financial reports for finance users with an accent on techno-functional coordination and data product delivery. Focus on bridging the gap between technical BI engineering teams and finance stakeholders to optimize financial workflows in SAP S/4 HANA.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role does not come with relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Coordinate between stakeholders, BI Engineering, and program teams across the design, development, and testing lifecycle.
• Lead requirements gathering and produce clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Manage the product roadmap and maintain a prioritized, business-aligned backlog.
• Optimize planning processes and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies using Jira for capacity planning and reporting.
• Track project timelines, proactively highlight risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support the creation and rollout of data products to empower the finance community with better insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience delivering products using SAP data and reporting technologies.
• Strong product experience in roadmap planning and coordination between technical and finance teams.
• Ability to extract requirements from business initiatives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation, data warehousing, and SAP BI tools.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or have valid work authorization (no relocation provided).
