International software platform providing a cloud-based ecosystem (BEX PMS, CMS) to help recreation companies and hotels automate their business operations.

What you will do

• Bridge communication between commercial teams and Product & Engineering departments.
• Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new technical partners to expand the platform ecosystem.
• Translate commercial opportunities into detailed technical specifications.
• Coordinate the end-to-end integration process from initial requirements to final delivery.
• Monitor the performance of existing integrations and resolve technical issues alongside engineers.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new technical connections.

Requirements

• Degree (HBO/WO) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Professional experience in technical account management or a similar software-driven role.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business value.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must be based in or near the Twente region (Enschede/Zwolle).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or German.
