What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the platform's control and execution planes.
• Lead the development of key platform primitives and console UX.
• Shape hybrid cloud and enterprise readiness capabilities.
• Define and deliver public APIs for enterprise extensibility.
• Align cross-functional teams across engineering, design, GTM, legal, and customer success around priorities.
• Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners at the VP+ level to drive KPIs.

Requirements

• Senior product leadership experience with C-suite accountability (e.g., M2/L7+ or VP of Product in high-growth B2B startups).
• Proven experience in building platform, governance, or developer tooling products.
• Strong ability to combine long-term platform vision with disciplined, incremental delivery.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with RBAC/ABAC or multi-tenant systems.
• Background in hybrid/cloud SaaS.
• Experience running design partner programs.
