What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of learning programs for tech teams end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to ongoing optimization.
• Analyze market demand, identify gaps, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to shape high-impact learning solutions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery by defining tasks for Learning Experience and production teams.
• Partner with Sales to analyze client requests and contribute to course customization with a focus on ROI.
• Monitor course performance and CSAT metrics to prioritize updates and content refactoring.
• Optimize portfolio unit economics and reuse rates to inform development decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in education, EdTech, or learning product management.
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from research and validation to launch.
• Experience in market demand analysis and working closely with sales teams.
• Ability to connect product decisions to business value and client outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and modern digital workflows.
• English: B2 or higher required.

• Experience in B2B or corporate learning.
• Understanding of instructional design and modern learning methodologies.
• Experience with technical education products, bootcamps, or digital upskilling.
• Experience in international or distributed teams.
