What you will do

• Act as the primary point-of-contact for customers throughout the loan process and product delivery.
• Process monetary transactions, including payments and wire transfers, while following fraud prevention protocols.
• Coordinate loan applications from submission to signature, gathering necessary financial and legal documentation.
• Manage overall office operations, including invoice management, vendor validation, and facility service requests.
• Promote core products and digital tools to generate referrals and support the sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Alliance, NE, US.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or related majors.
