Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This is a hybrid-office/home role requiring 5 days in-office during the first 6 months.

Compensation: $60,240 – $75,300 USD

What you will do

• Respond to inbound participant calls regarding 401(k), 457, 401(a), and IRA plans.
• Explain complex plan features and concepts to participants and beneficiaries.
• Assist participants with account information, transactions, and paperwork completion.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to new hire classes and contact center representatives.
• Contribute to process improvements by capturing participant feedback and suggesting countermeasures.
• Ensure compliance with all division policies and FINRA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of participant service experience.
• Must possess or obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 registrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.
