Location: Must be based in Federal Way, WA, with required travel to Tukwila for training and rotation across POD branches.
Salary: $26.00–$32.12 per hour (approx. $54,080–$66,809 annually).

What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales consultations regarding business services, consumer lending, and deposit accounts.
- Sign line and loan documents while ensuring member needs are fulfilled.
- Assist the community with financial wellness, including budgeting and debt management education.
- Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to diagnose and address member financial needs.
- Rotate across various POD branches in the Mountain District as a core expectation of the role.
- Participate in a 12-week in-house training program at the Tukwila Financial Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays, and commute between branches.
- Commitment to remain in the role and POD for a minimum of one year.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication for daily member interaction.
- Spanish language fluency is highly desirable.

- One year of experience in a financial institution.
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to membership and loan products.
