What you will do
- Lead and train the customer service team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Perform administrative duties and document department progress.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle employee praise or discipline.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Work required weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Operations Trainer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to discounts, interest, and commissions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Draper, UT, including weekends.
