What you will do

  • Source new leads and close deals with schools and multi-academy trusts across the UK
  • Own the full sales pipeline end-to-end, from first contact to closing
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with senior leadership, teachers, and pedagogical staff
  • Attend trade shows and client networking events to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive pipeline momentum with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration
  • Travel regularly across the UK to visit customers (typically one day per week)

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office 5 days a week
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a tech or SaaS environment (SDR, BDR, or AE)
  • Proven track record as a high achiever with consistent growth and ambition
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with stakeholders from classroom teachers to C-suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and execute opportunities
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the UK
