What you will do
- Source new leads and close deals with schools and multi-academy trusts across the UK
- Own the full sales pipeline end-to-end, from first contact to closing
- Build and manage strategic relationships with senior leadership, teachers, and pedagogical staff
- Attend trade shows and client networking events to identify growth opportunities
- Drive pipeline momentum with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration
- Travel regularly across the UK to visit customers (typically one day per week)
Requirements
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office 5 days a week
- 2+ years of sales experience in a tech or SaaS environment (SDR, BDR, or AE)
- Proven track record as a high achiever with consistent growth and ambition
- Confidence and ability to communicate with stakeholders from classroom teachers to C-suite
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and execute opportunities
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the UK
