Senior EPM Consultant - Paris

What you will do

• Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Gather and document business requirements, then design and build hirify.global applications.
• Train customers and co-build solutions so they can manage them independently.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Connect customer stakeholders with the product team and lead cross-functional methodology and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort working with large volumes of unstructured data that must be structured and validated.
• Ability to learn new domains and adapt to changing products and customer needs.
• Experience managing multiple objectives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
• Fluent English required.
• Strategic thinking, empathy, relationship-building skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• French or another European language.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
