What you will do

• Translate business requirements and complex spreadsheets into sophisticated multi-dimensional hirify.global models.
• Design and build tailored hirify.global applications for diverse customer use cases.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment processes.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Act as the primary link between customer stakeholders and the product team to drive platform improvements.
• Develop and refine cross-functional project methodologies and internal processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience building complex systems and simplifying them for end-users.
• Ability to structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Fluent English and French proficiency.
• Must be based in Paris for a hybrid work arrangement.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
