Senior Technical Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design information management solutions for critical business processes.
• Lead solution configuration, implementation, and integration activities using hirify.global technologies.
• Design content models, business processes, and data structures aligned with client needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and advise clients on technical best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, account teams, and cross-functional teams across France and Europe.
• Help clients use hirify.global AI solutions to increase the value of their information assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience as a Technical Consultant, Software Engineer, Programmer, IT Consultant, or in a similar technical role.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise software solutions, including system integrations and data models.
• Understanding of IT architectures, databases, cloud technologies, operating systems, and client-server environments.
• Working knowledge of Java and scripting languages for customizations and integrations.
• Fluent French and strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Content Management, Information Archive, or similar information management and ECM platforms.
