Senior Manager - Consulting and Transformation (Luxury Retail)

What you will do

• Grow the Consulting & Transformation practice through client relationship development, opportunity generation, account expansion, and proposal development.
• Lead consulting engagements covering customer experience strategy, retail transformation, retail performance, luxury service excellence, employee experience, and organizational transformation.
• Structure complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee project quality from design through delivery.
• Present compelling recommendations and strategic narratives to C-level executives in physical and online formats.
• Mentor consultants, deliver internal training, and contribute to methodologies, frameworks, best practices, and industry perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 10–14 years of experience in management consulting, customer experience consulting, transformation consulting, luxury retail consulting, or a comparable advisory environment.
• Established network in the premium and luxury industry, with proven business development and revenue-growth experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, leadership, project management, mentorship, and team development capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
