Client Consulting Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives and support closing engagements by identifying opportunities for future client work.
• Act as a primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate with hirify.global internal teams on strategic and planning discussions.
• Manage multiple priorities across concurrent workstreams and projects.
• Transform client problem statements into proposals and develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations.
• Build measurable insights and solutions to help clients grow portfolios, improve performance, and increase customer engagement.
• Analyze client portfolio data, including customer demographics, spending behavior, activity, behavioral scores, and financial information.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving ability with a strategic focus on return on investment.
• Deep experience and a strong performance record in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy environment.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and data-driven visualization skills.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data and use financial indicators to assess business performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to create templates and storyboards, guide others, and support proposal development and competitive analysis.

Nice to have

• Understanding of card issuer profit and loss statements and the factors that drive profitability.
