HCM Senior Associate Consultant

What you will do

• Design and implement HCM solutions supporting end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Contribute to implementation projects using Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Facilitate HR stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and define future-state processes.
• Lead functional activities across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Manage project workstreams, prepare client deliverables, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or supporting HR transformation initiatives.
• Experience with at least one major HCM platform: Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French and English required. Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience, including experience in a Big Four firm or equivalent.
