What you will do

• Act as the senior technical point of contact for the implementation of multiple supply chain software packages.
• Provide senior-level design for client-specific enhancements and proactively resolve implementation issues.
• Manage and prioritize the project issues list to ensure timely resolution.
• Test and implement interfaces between company products and external systems.
• Collaborate with customer project teams during configuration, testing, training, and implementation phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a supply chain or software organization.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Italian is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• For TLM/EEM divisions: 3 years of consulting experience in the transportation field.
