TL;DR
Senior TMS Consultant (Supply Chain Software): Leading technical implementation of supply chain solutions, including client-specific design, issue resolution, system interfaces, configuration, testing, training, and deployment with an accent on transportation management and customer-facing delivery. Focus on designing enhancements, troubleshooting implementation issues, coordinating interface testing, and supporting projects requiring up to 50% travel.

Location: Paris, France; up to 50% travel required

What you will do

  • Act as the senior technical point of contact during implementations of multiple supply chain software solutions.
  • Design client-specific enhancements and troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Maintain and prioritize project issue lists.
  • Work with customers to test and implement interfaces between hirify.global products and external systems.
  • Support customer project teams during configuration, testing, training, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a client- or customer-facing role within a supply chain or software organization.
  • For Transportation Lifecycle Management or Extended Enterprise Management divisions: 3 years of consulting experience in transportation.
  • Fluent English and at least one local European language required.
  • Availability for up to 50% travel.
