What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of 250-300 high-value clients, nurturing existing relationships and acquiring new prospects.
• Segment the client book to personalize experiences and optimize engagement based on shopping behavior.
• Exceed personal sales targets and KPIs by providing exceptional luxury customer service.
• Analyze business performance and identify trends using tools like Looker and Salesforce.
• Create personalized and inspiring visual assets to inform clients of new products and designers.
• Collaborate with Senior Stylists to organize and attend networking and acquisition events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion sales, preferably in the luxury segment, with a history of exceeding targets.
• Deep knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers, and luxury products.
• Existing strong client book primarily based in the UK and Europe.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make commercially driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation, engagement, and clienteling skills.
