What you will do

  • Support National Account Managers in the daily management of key retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with independent retailers and regional buyers across UK and international markets.
  • Identify and convert new distribution opportunities by presenting the brand portfolio and securing listings.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations and brand sell-in materials tailored to specific accounts.
  • Monitor account performance, tracking sell-through and stock levels to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Represent the company and brand partners at trade shows, sales meetings, and retail events.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial support, ideally within beauty, fragrance, or FMCG.
  • Confident and proactive communication skills, comfortable presenting to buyers.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail when managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in the fragrance and retail category.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brand sales.
  • Experience working with pharmacies, gift shops, or online wholesale platforms.
  • Knowledge of trade pricing structures, margin calculations, and promotional mechanics.
  • International sales exposure, including export or cross-border e-commerce.
