What you will do

• Maintain understanding of performance market and competitive landscape.
• Identify growth opportunities in client workflows like Wealth Management and Institutional Asset Management through engagement and commercial discussions.
• Design tailored product demonstrations to highlight value for investment needs.
• Partner with sales teams, analytics specialists, sales engineering, and consultants for sales engagements, pricing, and implementation coordination.
• Share client insights to influence product strategy and development.
• Report opportunities to senior management and build relationships across organization and with clients.

Requirements

• At least 10 years in sales or client-facing role with strong customer needs understanding and relationship-building record
• Experience in Middle Office and Performance workflow; exposure to systems like B-One, Eagle, or StatPro a plus
• Self-starter able to excel in collaborative team environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, organizational, presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related; CFA desirable
